Alpha Sigma Scholarship Ball

Sometimes you can walk into a situation and know exactly what needs to be done. You know exactly what you want your pictures to look like. But most times you don't know your hand from your foot. I stepped into La Fontaine Bleue Friday night for the Alpha Sigma Scholarship Ball and I can tell you, I fell straight into the the latter category. I did have an idea of how I wanted the final image to look like but time and circumstances make you adjust all preconceived ideas. So what do I do in situations like this. Well first, I piss my pants. Then after I clean my self off I scout for interesting backgrounds. I'm still new to looking for interesting backgrounds especially when I don't know who I will put in front of them, but I do the leg work to get used to it. After I find my backgrounds, I find interesting subjects.

La Fontaine Bleue provides a person a place to take wonderful pictures. But none more noticeable than the large fountain in the lobby. It's so noticeable that everyone wanted to have their picture taken in front of it. The area also allowed me the space to execute a group photo.

I like shooting here because everyone is dressed to impress and the whole atmosphere sings class and sophistication. I had a really good time at the ball and I hope the pictures can express that. Till next time.

Classy might have been the theme for the night but you know that we like to get wild and crazy so enjoy.
